The Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program is currently seeking a paralegal to join the Harvard Representation Initiative (“HRI”), which provides legal and social work services to members of the Harvard community whose immigration status is at risk. The Paralegal will assist HRI attorneys with a range of work, including conducting outreach and intake with a diverse clientele, including trauma survivors, preparing legal documents for filing with immigration court and administrative agencies, maintaining client records, and responding to client questions, as well as organizing documents and managing case files.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in office administration or a related field. Fluency or advanced proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
